Our Favorite Resource for Managing Pandemic Stress

Like each and every one of you, I'm experiencing challenges during this time that I never imagined facing.  As I work from home, trying to keep my business alive and thriving, home school my 8-year-old, with a clingy toddler attached to my body, I want to escape. I want to know when it will be normal. I want certainty. I want security. I want to know how the story ends and that it's a happy one.

We all know that, for the time being, the gifts of certainty, normalcy, and security are not ours to unwrap. We must wait patiently and focus on today, even when we want to throw ourselves on the ground and scream MINE! NOW! I WANT IT!

While yoga helps, data-driven support can be even more soothing.

One resource we’ve found incredibly helpful is Greater Good Magazine, published by the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley. Their experts offer science-based insights for a meaningful life, and GIRL, they have got you covered during COVID.

With topics like How the Pandemic Divides Us, How to Be a Remarkable Boss During Lockdown, and Will the Pandemic Have a Lasting Effect on my Kids, you'll find practical tips for dealing with the questions burdening us all.
